JPG to PDF — Turn Images into One PDF
Combine several images into one PDF with paper size, margin and orientation, in the browser
Runs in your browser · nothing is uploaded
Drop images here
Add up to 50 JPG, PNG or WebP images (50 MB each, 500 MB in total). Each image gets its own page, in the order listed. Images never leave your browser.
Page setup
Auto makes wide images landscape pages and tall images portrait pages. With original size, the page follows the image shape.
JPG files are placed in the PDF without recompressing. WebP files and JPGs with a rotation flag are converted once first.
What it is
JPG to PDF bundles photos or scanned pictures into a single PDF. Use it when documents must be submitted as one file, when you want to send several receipt photos together, or when pictures of handwritten notes should become one document. The order in which images are listed is the page order, and you can change it by dragging the cards. Everything happens in your browser, so unlike upload-based sites your pictures never leave your device.
How to use
- Drop images on the dashed area or press Choose images. You can add up to 50 JPG, PNG or WebP images at once.
- Drag the cards to set the page order. Use Remove for any image you do not want.
- Under Page setup, choose the paper (A4, Letter or original image size), the orientation (auto, portrait, landscape) and the margin (none, small, large).
- Press Create PDF. Progress is shown, and when it is done you can download the PDF. One image keeps its own name; several images produce
images.pdf.
Rules and limits
- Paper sizes: A4 is 210×297 mm (595.28×841.89 pt) and Letter is 8.5×11 in (612×792 pt). The image keeps its aspect ratio, fits inside the margins and is centered. Small images are scaled up to fit the page.
- Orientation: auto makes wide images landscape pages and tall images portrait pages. Choosing portrait or landscape forces every page to that direction.
- Original size: image pixels are converted at 96 dpi (1 px = 0.75 pt) and each page is made as large as its image. Pages are scaled down, keeping the ratio, if a side would pass 14,400 pt (200 in).
- Margins: none, small 10 mm, large 20 mm. With original size the page grows by the margin.
- Format handling: JPG and PNG go in unchanged; WebP and JPGs with a rotation flag are converted once first. The format is judged from the file content, not the extension.
- Limits: 50 images, 50 MB per file and 500 MB in total.
- Library: pdf-lib (MIT) writes the PDF.

FAQ
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. Placing images into a PDF happens entirely inside your browser, and your photos or scans are never sent to a server. Copies of ID cards or receipts stay on your device.
Does quality drop when I make a PDF?
JPG files are placed in the PDF as they are, without recompression, so quality does not change. PNG files are embedded losslessly. WebP is not a format PDF supports directly, so it is converted once to JPG (quality 92) and transparent areas turn white. Paper is normally white, so it usually looks the same.
My photo ends up sideways.
Some phone photos store their direction only as an EXIF rotation flag. This tool reads that flag for JPG files and turns the picture upright before placing it, so it appears as you saw it. The orientation setting (auto, portrait, landscape) does not rotate pictures; it only sets the **paper's** direction. If a picture itself lies on its side, straighten it first with the rotate tool and then add it.
Can I add iPhone HEIC photos?
Not directly. The card explains this and links to the HEIC to JPG converter. Convert the photo to JPG first and add it again. The converter also runs in your browser.
Is one image always one page, and can I shrink the file?
Yes, each image becomes one page. Because JPGs are placed unchanged, the PDF is about as large as the images added together. To make it smaller, shrink the images first with the Image Compressor and then build the PDF.
