Presentation Converter — PPTX PDF PNG

Convert presentation layouts, photos and tables to PDF or PNG

Runs in your browser · nothing is uploaded

Files stay in your browser. External images and resources are never loaded.

PPTX previews use original slide dimensions, backgrounds, positioned and styled text, embedded photos, basic shapes, simple groups and tables. Charts, SmartArt, rotated or complex groups, video, animations and some complex formatting are not rendered. Unavailable fonts are substituted and may change line breaks. Legacy PPT is unsupported.

Split Markdown/TXT slides with a line containing only ---. The first line is the title; the rest is the body. Markdown body syntax remains plain text.

PDF and PNG are pictures matching the preview; text cannot be searched or copied. Imported PPTX downloads preserve the original file; text inputs create editable slides. HTML from PPTX contains slide pictures.

Convert presentation layouts

PPTX input keeps its original slide size and the positions of supported text, pictures, shapes, simple groups and tables. Imported files use their original design, so theme and ratio controls are hidden. Review every slide: charts, SmartArt, rotated or complex groups, video, animations, complex table styles and some other formatting are not rendered, and substituted fonts can change wrapping. Basic rendering is not pixel-identical to PowerPoint.

How to use

  1. Choose PPTX, Markdown or TXT, or insert the example.
  2. For text input, choose white, dark or green and 16:9 or 4:3.
  3. Select each slide to inspect its preview.
  4. Choose the output and convert. Download and review the result.

Markdown and TXT use a line containing only --- between slides. The first line becomes the title; remaining lines become body text. Leading heading markers are removed from the title; body Markdown syntax remains plain text.

Output rules

PPTX input downloaded as PPTX retains the validated original file bytes. Text input creates a new editable title/body presentation. PDF contains one slide picture per page, preserving the source ratio. PNG creates a ZIP containing slide-01.png, slide-02.png and so on. HTML from PPTX embeds the same slide pictures. Preview and raster exports use the same renderer; their text cannot be searched or copied. TXT and Markdown extract text and do not retain layout or images. Text inputs with too much content can clip in raster exports; divide them into smaller slides.

FAQ

Does this preserve the original PowerPoint presentation?

PPTX rendering keeps original slide dimensions, backgrounds, positions, styled text, embedded raster photos, basic shapes, simple groups and tables. It is not a PowerPoint rendering engine; charts, SmartArt, rotated or complex groups, video, animations and some complex formatting are unsupported, and missing fonts are substituted. PPTX output preserves the original bytes, including content absent from the preview.

Which input and output formats are supported?

Inputs are PPTX and UTF-8 Markdown or TXT. Outputs are editable PPTX, raster PDF, a ZIP of slide PNGs, TXT, Markdown and safe HTML. Legacy PPT and PDF input are unsupported.

Are PDF words searchable?

No. PDF and PNG use pictures of the canvas preview, which can display Korean, Chinese and emoji using browser fonts. PDF text cannot be searched or copied. PPTX text remains editable but fonts may differ across devices.

What are the limits?

Up to 5 MB per file, 50 slides, 100,000 text characters, 20 MB expanded PPTX data and 2,000 archive entries. Dense slide text can be clipped in image exports; a warning appears. TXT and Markdown retain the full text.

Is my presentation uploaded?

No. Conversion stays in your browser, and uploaded external resources are never requested.
