What it is
A classic arcade game in which you bounce a ball off a paddle to clear a wall of colorful bricks. Play in your browser on a computer or phone without installing anything. Game records are not saved.
How to play
- Choose Easy ×1, Normal ×2 or Hard ×3, then select Launch ball. Start with Easy to practice.
- Move the paddle using arrow keys, A/D, your mouse, touch dragging or the direction buttons.
- Keep the paddle under the falling ball.
- If you miss, check your remaining lives and launch again.
- Use Pause for a break or New game to start over.
Rules
- Clear five rows of seven bricks: 35 bricks in total.
- Each brick earns 10 points, for a maximum score of 350.
- A ball falling below the board costs one life. Three misses end the game.
- Hitting the middle of the paddle sends the ball upward. Hitting an edge sends it at a wider angle.
- Switching windows or tabs pauses the game automatically. Select Resume when you return.
Example
To target bricks on the left, move so the ball hits the left side of the paddle. Changing the rebound angle helps you reach the last few bricks clustered on one side.
FAQ
Can I change the ball speed?
Choose Easy ×1, Normal ×2 or Hard ×3. Changes apply during play and carry over to the next game. Reloading the page starts at Easy ×1.
How do I move the paddle?
Select the board and use the left/right arrow keys or A/D. You can also move your mouse, drag your finger across the board or hold the direction buttons below it.
Does missing the ball end the game immediately?
You have three lives. Missing the ball costs one life. Select Launch ball to continue clearing the remaining bricks.
How do I win?
Clear all 35 bricks arranged in five rows. Each brick earns 10 points, giving a maximum score of 350.
